In 1976, Paolo Conte gave a concert in Verona, 200 people showed up. Nearly 30 years later, in 2005, he sang in front of 12 thousand people. Production of the concert was carefully prepared, Conte made sure everything is the way he imagined. The concert was recorded by 12 cameras under direction of Stefano Barnaba. We can keep track of all the event’s details, including a unique expression of Paolo Conte. In the repertoire were songs from several decades of musician’s artistic career. Some of the songs had never been recorded live.

Paolo Conte (1937) Italian singer, pianist, composer and lawyer. He started to write music almost instinctively, holding great passion for jazz music and visual arts. His performing career started as a vibraphone player. In the second half of the 1960s Conte’s works were gradually becoming popular and renowned singers recorded them. His debut album, “Paolo Conte”, was released in 1974. The public heard singer’s languid voice for the first time. He got critical acclaim and became very popular in 1984, when he released another album titled “Paolo Conte”. Since then, Paolo Conte travels on many concert tours and makes many recordings of his own works.
