“I Killed My Mother” is an unusual film about growing up – Xavier Dolan’s, director of “Heartbeats” debut. Hubert is a rebellious teenager, who hates his mother. He dislikes her taste, unfashionable clothes and cheap trinkets. But most of all he hates this feeling of guilt, that she is trying to arouse in him. On the other hand mother doesn’t understand what is going on with her beloved child. She feels helpless. She sees, that her son is moving away from her.
